The other night, I searched the internet, because I do not know exactly what to do, and I ran across the word "Kettlebell". As a musician who I am, I thought it was a kind of bell. Indeed, the word brought a picture in my head of the Salvation Army kettle, that they use for Christmas. I did not know what it was, so I decided that this word for further research. Well, to my embarrassment (because I was so far away from what it is), I discovered that it is certainly nota musical instrument and had nothing to do with the Salvation Army. After further research, I found a lot about them, and thus this article for others like me who do not know what it is.

The fighting continued their popularity in the 60s and 70s with no formal rules or regulations.Basically, who can list the most serious kettlebell most of the time was the winner.
In 1985 the first national championship with official national legislation, national regulations and the specific weight categories was held. In 2002, the kettlebells eventually make their way into the United States. In the face of our growing interest in health and fitness, kettlebells and more popular in this country, and many people are with the results of their bodies are always impressed.
